Data Deletion
Zaskaleta Media allows users to remove locally stored project data, disconnect supported publishing accounts, delete supported cloud projects, and request deletion of personal information associated with use of the service.
1. Local app and browser data
Projects, recovery information, publish-queue items, and related state may be stored locally in browser or app storage. You can remove local application data by deleting projects and queued items where controls are available, or by clearing site/app storage on your device. Clearing local storage may permanently remove locally saved projects and recovery data that have not been synchronized elsewhere.
2. Cloud Projects
If you use a Zaskaleta Flow account and Cloud Projects, supported projects can be deleted from the Projects interface. A deletion request may also cover cloud profile or project information that can reasonably be associated with your account.
3. Disconnecting publishing platforms
You may disconnect supported TikTok, Meta, and Google/YouTube integrations through the service where a disconnect control is available. Disconnecting clears the corresponding Zaskaleta Media authorization session. You may also revoke permissions directly in the connected platform's own account settings.
4. Temporary publishing media
Some Meta publishing workflows may use a temporary private copy of media and a time-limited signed URL. The service is designed to remove temporary publishing media after completion and to clean up stale temporary publishing files automatically.
5. Requesting deletion
To request deletion of personal information associated with your use of Zaskaleta Media, send an email to:
Please include enough information to identify the relevant Zaskaleta Media account, connection, or request. Do not send passwords, SMS verification codes, recovery codes, access tokens, or multi-factor authentication codes.
6. What may be deleted
- Supported cloud profile and project information.
- Stored account-connection and authorization-session information.
- Basic profile information obtained through an authorized integration.
- Temporary publishing media still retained by Zaskaleta Media.
- Other personal information stored by Zaskaleta Media that can reasonably be associated with the requester.
7. Retention exceptions
Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate obligations.
8. Third-party data
Deleting data from Zaskaleta Media does not automatically delete videos, account data, or other information held independently by TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube, or another third party. Requests relating to third-party data must be handled through that provider's own privacy and account controls.
