Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern use of Zaskaleta Media, including Zaskaleta Flow media creation, optional account and cloud features, and supported direct-publishing integrations.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using Zaskaleta Media, you agree to these Terms and to comply with applicable law and the terms, policies, technical requirements, and eligibility rules of any third-party platform you choose to connect.
2. Service description
Zaskaleta Media provides browser- and app-based tools for creating and preparing media, saving and recovering projects, optionally synchronizing selected project data, and initiating user-authorized publishing actions to supported services.
3. Accounts and guest use
Some functions may be available without registration. Optional account features may provide Cloud Projects, profile synchronization, and other cross-device functionality. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity performed through an authenticated session.
4. Connected-platform authorization
Connections to TikTok, Meta services, Google/YouTube, and other supported platforms must be initiated and approved by the relevant account owner using the authorization flow provided by that platform. Zaskaleta Media does not require users to disclose their platform passwords to use supported OAuth integrations.
5. User responsibilities
- You are responsible for content you upload, create, edit, store, or publish.
- You must have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents necessary for your content.
- You must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized activity.
- You must not attempt to bypass security, platform eligibility rules, rate limits, or account restrictions.
- You remain responsible for reviewing titles, captions, privacy settings, AI-content disclosures, branded-content settings, and other publishing options before publication.
6. Third-party services
The service may integrate with TikTok, Instagram/Facebook through Meta, YouTube through Google, Supabase-backed infrastructure, and other providers. These third-party services are operated independently and may change their APIs, policies, availability, quotas, or account requirements at any time.
7. Publishing and processing limits
File-size, format, duration, codec, account, quota, moderation, processing-time, and publishing limits may differ by platform and infrastructure provider. A successful upload or API response does not guarantee that a third-party platform will ultimately publish, retain, recommend, monetize, or approve the content.
8. Cloud projects and local recovery
Project recovery and queue features are provided as convenience features and are not a substitute for maintaining your own copies of important source files or completed exports. Browser, device, storage, network, or account changes can affect recoverability.
9. No affiliation
Zaskaleta Media is an independent service and is not owned, endorsed, sponsored, or operated by TikTok, ByteDance, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, or YouTube unless explicitly stated otherwise.
10. Availability and changes
Features may change, be limited, suspended, or become unavailable because of maintenance, security requirements, infrastructure limits, platform API changes, legal requirements, provider outages, or third-party restrictions.
11. Security
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, extract protected credentials, misuse connected-platform authorization, or use the service to attack another person, account, system, or platform.
12. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No guarantee is made that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, available on every device, compatible with every account, or accepted by every third-party platform.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zaskaleta Media is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from third-party platform actions, moderation, account restrictions, outages, deleted content, failed uploads, incompatible media, unauthorized activity outside the service's reasonable control, or loss of locally stored project data.
14. Suspension or termination
Access may be limited or terminated where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, protection of other users or platforms, or violation of these Terms.
15. Privacy
Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Data-deletion information is available on the Data Deletion page.
16. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated when the service, integrations, infrastructure, platform requirements, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are made.
